ad a problem with my bmw 5 series I’d only just bought the car and was still in warranty, was getting quite frustrated, ray and Laura where brilliant, they dealt with the warranty company and advised me on things to say to the dealer, even picked the car up and dropped it off as I was close and busy at work, job was completed in a timely manner with great communication on parts and prices, couldn’t recommend enough, will be going back for a full valet very soon! Thanks ray and Laura.

Having spent some time and much of it wasted looking at cars that didn't live up to the adverts, and even worse the ‘bull’ given by those ‘traders’!
It was a great joy to find R&L Automotive as the car was right and on visiting was as per the advert. Ray &Laura were very helpful, allowed us to go on a good test drive, gave all information about the car and made our decision to purchase easy. All the admin, warranty etc. was explained and actioned smoothly.
We then arranged to collect a few days later and for late afternoon which Ray & Laura obliged with.
Having had the car for a month, we would have no hesitation recommending R&L Automotive based on the positive and pleasant experience we had.

We met these incredible people when we came to evaluate the car for the first time. Then we looked at other options, but returned to the guys. Because the condition of the car was very good, it corresponded to the description in the ad with a full history. Moreover, the R & L Auto Sales Ltd helped us in obtaining insurance, choosing the optimal price for the whole family. Because we are from Ukraine and do not know all the details of the paperwork. Nowadays there are quite a lot of people who cheat, so we are very glad that we met the company. Especially for Ukrainians, I recommend this company, for us cars are only available on automatic and the guys can help you choose a car

Very happy with purchase. Nice to offered a cup of coffee and left to view at my leisure. No pushy sales and 6 months warranty explained in a way that was easy to understand. Will recommend.
